After reinstalling windows XP Laptop has no SLEEP or HIBERNATE options? - options for covering paneling

Fully formatted my hard drive and reinstall Windows XP. Options, but is not tired or unable to sleep Sleep in the Control Panel power, no button during stop, and the computer when the lid is closed.

has to perform almost certainly a problem with the video driver, Device Manager command (Start> Run, type devmgmt.msc "without the quotes) to see if all questions are marked.

If the options are then passed to format, it can not be a bad idea.
Completely remove all files except the base system, including viruses, or even leave it as a central file .... What could go wrong? It seems that not even reformat, try again does not hurt ...

In the Control Panel under Power Options> Hibernate> tick the box that says select Hibernate.
